Cindy drove the stump grinder up onto our front lawn after speaking with me. She checked to make sure that I was okay with the reasonable price and then asked if I was planning to plant another tree there. I had just purchased a small American Fringe Tree for that purpose. She put the safety screen in place, put on her safety glasses, and chewed up the crabapple stump in less than a half hour. She prepared the soil in such a way that I could easily plant my new tree there. I could not have been more pleased.

STL Stump Removal was a joy to work with! We had a very tricky stump situation and they were so accommodating. We had to time the stump removal with the install of a fence. Unfortunately, our fence company is not as reliable as STL Stump Removal. STL Stump Removal was prompt, rescheduled us MULTIPLE times, and then got the job done. It was a difficult job, one where they had to employ different strategies to complete the job, and they did it spectacularly. I saw one of their trucks riding by on the highway and contacted them. I was able to take a picture of the stomp and receive a great quote over the phone. Within 2 days they were out to my place and took care of the job without a problem. Great honest and fair customer service.

If I could give Jeff 10 stars, I would! We are building a house and construction trucks could not get over some oak stumps. Jeff came out the SAME day I called him, and within 1 hour, 5 stumps were gone! He was very professional and his cost was less than I’d hoped. We will use him again, and we very highly recommend!
